Description: 59-year-old, female, presented years after an open reduction and internal fixation of a right bi-malleolar fracture that she sustained during a motor vehicle accident. She reported >90% relief of pain during the trial of PNS which was placed after a sciatic nerve block gave her 100% relief for a day.  She eventually was implanted with a permanent sciatic PNS with sustained pain relief.
