Membership Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy
All memberships in the American Society for Post-Surgical Pain (ASPSP) are set up to automatically renew annually using the payment method on file. This ensures uninterrupted access to member benefits, including educational resources, discounted event registrations, and society communications.
- Cancellation: Members may cancel their upcoming auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at info@postsurgicalpain.org. Cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the transaction date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable.

Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to all registrations, sponsorships, and workshop fees for the annual meeting organized by ASPSP:
- 50% Refund: A 50% refund is available for registration, sponsorship, and workshop fees if the cancellation request is received at least 60 days before the start date of the respective conference.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the start date.
Additional Terms:
- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing to info@postsurgicalpain.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
- Non-Transferable: Registration, sponsorship, and workshop fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), ASPSP will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Refund policy adjustments will be communicated.
- Policy Changes: ASPSP reserves the right to revise this refund policy at any time.
By registering for the conference, purchasing sponsorships, enrolling in workshops, or activating a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
