Femoral PNS for Dynamic Hip Screw

Description: 72-year-old, female, presented 2 months after open reduction and internal fixation of a neck of femur fracture with persistent pain. Femoral nerve block resulted in 100% relief for 24 hours, a permanent femoral PNS was implanted with a >80% relief of hip pain.
