  • 50% Refund: A 50% refund is available for registration, sponsorship, and workshop fees if the cancellation request is received at least 60 days before the start date of the respective conference. This means that for each annual conference, the 60-day period is specific to that year’s conference dates.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 60 days before the start date of the respective conference for any registrations, sponsorships, or workshops.

Additional Terms:

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@postsurgicalpain.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
  • Non-Transferable: Registration, sponsorship, and workshop fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of the sponsorship or workshop agreement.
  • Force Majeure: In the event the conference is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), ASPSP will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. In such cases, the refund policy will be adjusted accordingly, and registrants will be notified of their options.
  • Changes to Policy: ASPSP reserves the right to revise this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants and will apply to all future transactions.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By registering for the conference, purchasing sponsorships, or enrolling in workshops, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
