Description: 60 year-old female, presents with chronic shoulder pain and limited range of motion for 6 years after a right shoulder replacement. She was on tramadol to manage pain. A suprascapular permanent PNS implantation gave her >80% relief and she could stop using tramadol. A year after PNS implantation and use, the pain was almost non-existent, that she did not need to use the PNS as well.
